Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, implement, and lead all aspects of employer-sponsored benefits programs.
  • •Develop client strategic plans and deliverables; explore strategic alternatives and quantify financial implications and risk.
  • •Negotiate with carriers and vendors on terms, coverage limits, and pricing; maintain client and carrier relationships as Health & Welfare subject matter expert.
  • •Ensure project plan execution and timely delivery, including open enrollment support and client presentations/communications.
  • •Ensure compliance by interpreting plan rules and supporting adherence to COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, Section 125, and related regulations; maintain client data in Salesforce and review junior team work.
