Job Summary

Deliver an elevated, personalized Coach shopping experience on the sales floor and through omni-channel selling. Build lasting client relationships with product expertise, styling, and fashion advice while driving cross-sell and upsell to meet individual and store KPIs. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Support daily operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build and maintain client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations to meet individual and store KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and transaction handling (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred), with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including ability to read price/release sheets.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
•Luxury retail background with social media savvy, including live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling, and data acquisition skills (preferred).
