Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain annual/monthly budgets and rolling forecast plans across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce by channel, brand, and store.
  • •Track business plans against Budget/Forecast and identify risks and opportunities.
  • •Partner with the accounting team through month-end close on accruals and analytical review.
  • •Own the monthly management reporting pack including P&L by channel, brand, and store with variances vs. budget, forecast, and last year.
  • •Prepare PowerPoint decks for business reviews/leadership meetings and maintain KPI dashboards (sales, margin, opex, inventory).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field; CIMA, ACCA, CA, or CFA (qualified or part-qualified) preferred.
  • •5–8 years in FP&A or commercial finance with at least 2–3 years in retail (multi-store, multi-channel or franchise).
  • •Advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint; Power BI or similar BI tool is a plus.
  • •Hands-on experience with a major ERP (Microsoft Dynamics or similar).
  • •GCC experience strongly preferred.
