Electrician I

Install, construct, and test electrical and electronic equipment to electrical code, including dismantling, adjusting, repairing, and maintaining assigned equipment. Interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams, perform control and panel board hook-ups, and troubleshoot issues using computer diagnostics. Inspect equipment, lubricate and repaint as needed, and complete required reports. Operate grinders, portable power tools, and other maintenance equipment, and help as needed with plant electrical upkeep.
