Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and compile budgets and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and reasonableness; discuss with stakeholders and management and present budget numbers.
  • •Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, ensuring timelines and accuracy; perform variance analysis vs. budget and forecast.
  • •Develop a robust controlling function.
  • •Set up and maintain a risk function, including credit review policy, checking against SOA/approval matrix, and creating SOPs.
  • •Handle audit and taxation matters, and perform other duties as in charge of a legal entity.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; CPA/CA/ACCA/CMA (or equivalent) is an advantage.
  • •Minimum 5–7 years of finance, FP&A, commercial finance, or accounting experience.
  • •Strong budgeting/forecasting coordination skills, ensuring accuracy and reasonableness.
  • •Experience with monthly/quarterly/annual reporting and variance analysis vs. budget and forecast.
  • •Experience in multinational retail, consumer goods, or FMCG is preferred.
