Infrastructure Technician III

Lead structured cabling and ICT infrastructure work in mission-critical environments, ensuring data, voice, fiber, and low-voltage systems are installed with precision. Install, service, upgrade, and decommission complex cabling; perform fusion splicing, termination, and testing; troubleshoot and support network devices. Serve as an onsite subject matter expert, mentor junior technicians, maintain documentation, and provide customer-facing updates and emergency support with SLA compliance.
