Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of technicians to plan and implement preventive maintenance and calibration for GEL lab equipment.
  • •Install, maintain, and calibrate laboratory and manufacturing equipment used in semiconductor labs.
  • •Perform equipment troubleshooting and coordinate with vendors to resolve equipment issues and reduce recurring downtime via corrective and preventive actions.
  • •Conduct failure analysis and lead RCCA (Root Cause and Corrective Action) and PA (Preventive Action) processes for manufacturing failures.
  • •Maintain operating systems for lab equipment, servers, and desktops; keep accurate maintenance/calibration/repair records and support audits and training.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8–9 years of experience with a Bachelors/Masters in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Computer Science (engineering studies).
  • •Experience engineering and maintaining a lab environment, including engineering lab equipment maintenance.
  • •Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 standards for calibration (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Thermal).
  • •Experience installing, maintaining, and calibrating laboratory and manufacturing equipment used in semiconductor labs.
  • •Fluent English communication (written and verbal) and the ability to work independently with a systematic, results-oriented approach.
