Job Summary

Manage and maintain technical information, specifications, and standards for raw materials used across Revlon manufacturing plants and external suppliers worldwide. Partner with Product Development, Analytics, Regulatory, Quality, Microbiology, and Procurement to qualify and approve new raw materials and alternate suppliers, keep SAP and other corporate systems up to date, and support regulatory, sustainability, and product development projects. This onsite role is temporary for an estimated 6–9 months in Barcelona.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify, qualify, and approve new raw materials and alternative suppliers.
•Manage technical specifications and related documentation.
•Maintain raw material data in SAP and other corporate systems.
•Support regulatory, sustainability, and product development projects.
•Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure technical and quality requirements are met.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Chemistry (also Pharmacy, Biology, or an affiliated scientific discipline).
•1–2 years of experience in raw material control.
•Valuable experience in the cosmetics or pharmaceutical industry.
•High English level (B2 or equivalent).
•Knowledge of SAP and technical documentation management is a plus.
