Direct, develop, and motivate a team of brand associates to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. Partner with Store and Assistant Store Managers to maximize profitability through customer engagement, merchandising, store operations, and community connection. Supervise floor coverage, support training and ongoing development, ensure compliance with company standards, and help achieve financial and operational objectives including loss prevention and weekly reporting.
