Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage electrical pre-construction activities, including constructability, procurement and contracts, planning, and budget delivery.
  • •Lead and manage electrical construction activities to deliver on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • •Oversee electrical system installations (substations, transformers, switchrooms, HV/MV/LV, life safety and related systems) and align designs with client expectations.
  • •Oversee commissioning and handover, including electrical system testing and delivery of accurate test reports, as-builts, and O&M manuals.
  • •Act as primary point of contact for electrical-related issues, managing risks, safety, quality, and progress reporting against schedule and budget.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field); professional certifications like PMP or LEED are a plus.
  • •7+ years of electrical construction project management on construction sites, including data center projects.
  • •Proven experience managing large, complex electrical systems installations and commissioning processes.
  • •Expertise with data center electrical systems (HV/MV/LV, substations, switchgear, controls, life safety, energy management).
  • •Experience with owner’s representation and working directly with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
