  • •Ensure proper documentation, protect intellectual property, and contribute to a knowledge library.

Key Requirements

  • •Undergraduate degree required (Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science preferred).
  • •5-8+ years of technical experience, preferably in manufacturing R&D or a process role across multiple technical processes.
  • •Experience leading product and process development projects with sustained results.
  • •Ability to synthesize information across inputs and apply it to business outcomes.
  • •Proficiency applying tools for project management, Design of Experiment, Design for Lean Six Sigma, and statistical analysis.
