•Recommend, design, develop, and implement products and/or processes aligned to customer and market needs.
•Lead or support programs through stage gate, including planning, executing, and analyzing production trials.
•Drive critical-to-quality specifications and contribute to technical problem solving and methodology use.
•Ensure proper documentation, protect intellectual property, and contribute to a knowledge library.
•Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Quality to resolve technical challenges and support sustained solutions.

Key Requirements

•Undergraduate degree required (Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science preferred).
•5-8+ years of technical experience, preferably in manufacturing R&D or a process role across multiple technical processes.
•Experience leading product and process development projects with sustained results.
•Ability to synthesize information across inputs and apply it to business outcomes.
•Proficiency applying tools for project management, Design of Experiment, Design for Lean Six Sigma, and statistical analysis.
