Department Manager - Nursery

Lead the nursery/plant-material department as the branch expert, partnering with customers to ensure excellent service and product support. Assist the Branch Manager with sales and operations planning, demand forecasting, and inventory management. Drive daily safety and a strong safety culture, organize the workplace, and train agronomic staff to meet departmental sales goals. Collaborate with branch leadership on new technologies and ways of working to improve business performance.
