Job Summary

Serve as the senior HR business partner for 2K Shared Development Studios, partnering with SVP leadership to drive the full people agenda for a globally distributed, unionized workforce. Lead and scale an HRBP team, own labor relations strategy and compliance, and guide org design, workforce planning, talent management, performance, compensation, and DEI programs across geographies. Collaborate with HR COEs, Legal, and cross-functional teams to develop and retain early-career talent at scale.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the senior HRBP for Shared Development Studios, reporting to and partnering directly with SVP leadership to drive the full people agenda.
•Lead, develop, and scale an HRBP team aligned to SDS, ensuring consistent, high-quality HR delivery across a large, distributed organization.
•Own labor relations leadership within SDS, managing union relationships, supporting contract interpretation, and ensuring compliance with collective bargaining agreements.
•Lead global HR strategy and execution across multiple geographies, partnering with regional HR teams, COEs, and Legal to navigate employment law and regulatory requirements.
•Drive core HR programs including performance evaluation, compensation planning, promotions and job leveling, annual workforce planning, DEI integration, and employee relations/compliance.

Salary: USD 210,000 - 310,000 annually

Key Requirements

•12+ years of progressive HRBP experience, including at least 3 years at the Senior Director level or equivalent, supporting large and complex organizations (1,000+ employees).
•Demonstrated labor relations experience, including working directly with unions, interpreting collective bargaining agreements, and managing grievance and arbitration processes.
•Global HR experience operating across multiple regions with working knowledge of employment law and HR practices in at least North America and one or more international markets.
•Experience supporting high-volume, early-career, or transactional workforces at scale, including engagement, development, and retention dynamics.
•Track record building and leading HRBP teams and operating as a senior strategic partner to executive leadership (SVP level and above).
