Provide client-facing financial wellness guidance by servicing accounts and accurately processing financial transactions while identifying opportunities to deepen relationships. Spend 70% handling transaction support and 30% engaging clients through in-person conversations and proactive calling to uncover needs and deliver tailored recommendations. Partner with branch leadership and teammates to prioritize high-impact activities, achieve individual goals, support compliance requirements, and assist with occasional in-person huddles and debriefs.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide a strong client experience by being present with clients and teammates and understanding the impact of interactions.
•Accurately process financial service transactions and use opportunities during transactions to deepen and expand client relationships.
•Resolve more complex client servicing issues and transition clients to a Banker when appropriate.
•Identify financial wellness opportunities through client conversations and proactive calling, providing tailored recommendations.
•Follow compliance, audit, and security procedures including cash drawer balancing; participate in huddles and debriefs and work Saturdays as directed.

Salary: USD 19.23 - 28.37 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma/GED or equivalent business experience.
•Experience developing current and new client relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources (tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, networking).
•Experience handling cash transactions.
•General understanding of PC use with Windows-based applications and a calculator.
•Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, and web-based browsing) with the ability to educate clients on digital platforms.
