Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Computer Science (or commensurate experience in data structures/algorithms/distributed systems).
  • •6+ years of backend development experience.
  • •Ability to scale backend systems using techniques like sharding, partitioning, and horizontal scaling.
  • •Deep understanding of distributed systems, scalability challenges, and multi-threading/concurrency/parallel processing.
  • •Experience following engineering best practices including testing paradigms, peer code reviews, unit-tested production code, and continuous integration.
