Key Responsibilities

  • •Demonstrate authoritative technical leadership and engineering judgment to direct solutions to engineering problems.
  • •Provide management leadership for teams responsible for the LEAP and V2500 product lines and drive organizational performance.
  • •Ensure regulatory matters are addressed for assigned equipment, including FAA programs, coordination, and airworthiness directive oversight.
  • •Oversee product reliability by monitoring performance, recommending improvements, and managing prioritization of service bulletins and EO programs.
  • •Liaise with internal/external suppliers and maintenance organizations, coordinate product modifications, train engineering personnel, and develop direct reports.
