Job Summary

Senior leadership role responsible for defining and delivering Mastercard’s consumer credit, debit, prepaid core products, loyalty, and digital services in Japan and Korea. Key Responsibilities

•Creates value narrative for customers and translates overall strategy to Frontline Sales.
•Aligns product and services resources with the most important projects and integrates newly acquired resources and existing capabilities into markets and segments.
•Aggregates expertise during solution bundling and helps Salesforce tell the story to customer; acts as main partner to Frontline Sales during solutioning to maximize impact.
•Responsible for end-to-end delivery; ensures systems architecture and technical specifications to customer for bespoke implementation; supports delivery teams during implementation phase.
•Set strategy and goals for Consumer credit, debit and prepaid for Japan via joint planning with internal cross-functional partners and customers; drive execution by curating best products and solutions for clients and ensuring high quality execution.

Key Requirements

•5+ years in product management or related leadership role focusing on consumer credit, debit, prepaid, loyalty, and digital solutions
•Excellent Japanese and English communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams
•Strong project management and leadership capabilities with a track record of delivering high-impact products/services
•Experience owning P&L and go-to-market strategy across Japan markets, with ability to drive revenue growth
•Proven ability to translate strategy into frontline execution and align resources to critical programs
