Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze key business performance metrics (KPIs) to identify deviations and implement corrective actions.
  • •Design and consolidate management reports, dashboards, and reporting for shrinkage, inventory, times, and quality by integrating multiple data sources.
  • •Lead execution of local projects focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement in the company’s own stores.
  • •Lead forecasting, budgeting, and purchasing of main supplies to ensure operational continuity.
  • •Continuously collaborate with Finance, Payroll, Demand, Logistics, and Commercial to resolve inquiries and present results.

Key Requirements

  • •Formación en Ingeniería, Administración, Economía o carreras afines.
  • •Experiencia previa en la industria de Retail o E-commerce.
  • •Manejo avanzado de SQL para extracción y manipulación de datos.
