Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive CI initiatives across Global Logistics by identifying, quantifying, and managing projects across operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and support functions.
  • •Deploy the CI strategy and lean tools/techniques to improve quality, cost, service, and inventory KPIs.
  • •Implement best-practice lean methods (including Eaton Lean Six Sigma) and assist Kaizen and 5S events to align with customer demands.
  • •Perform root cause analysis and develop corrective action plans; lead CI projects using DMAIC and execute time studies and SOP updates for transitions.
  • •Train, coach, and lead lean deployment by managing the Kaizen calendar, monitoring CI projects daily, coordinating ELSS self-assessments, and resolving bottlenecks.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering degree (or equivalent).
  • •2-3 years of experience in a Continuous Improvement role and environment.
  • •Demonstrated experience within SCM (supply chain management) environment.
  • •Strong knowledge of CI tools and methodologies (e.g., VSM, RIE, BPI, Kaizen).
  • •Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.
