Key Responsibilities

•Oversee hardware installation, maintenance and service delivery to the customer for stadium deployments; design hardware systems for video replay and processing including network, servers, and power considerations.
•Manage and report on project budget and work-in-progress, including hardware procurement, shipping, travel and expenses.
•Lead teams to troubleshoot IT systems, signal flows, copper and fiber optic cabling, and mechanical systems like camera mounts.
•Coordinate with stakeholders and contractors to meet deadlines and deliverables; mentor full-time and contract staff through technical training.
•Direct up to thirty-six concurrent stadium installations domestically and internationally; optimize resources and collaborate across departments and countries.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in Engineering or a related field plus 3 years of experience in video signal flow, computing hardware, camera hardware, networking or related experience.
•Experience with reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
•Experience defining Windows server and networking specifications and builds, including setting up and configuring network adapters and switches.
•Strong project budgeting and management skills, including procurement and logistics.
•Experience leading staff and resources, including talent acquisition and training, across teams.
