Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the full KYC product area end-to-end.
  • •Lead the next generation product built around agentic flows that make decisions at scale.
  • •Own the AI quality bar in production, including evaluation sets, scoring, confidence/escalation thresholds, and human-in-the-loop guardrails.
  • •Partner with internal stakeholders across Compliance, Risk, Operations, GTM, and Engineering to drive initiatives responsibly.
  • •Build and grow the product management team by hiring, coaching, and setting the bar for product managers.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of product management experience with 3+ years managing product managers, owning business outcomes in regulated fintech (payments, lending, risk, fraud, or compliance).
  • •Hands-on experience building AI-powered product capabilities (not just using AI tools).
  • •Deep understanding of agentic flows in production, including orchestration, tool use, context design, evaluation/scoring, confidence thresholds, and failure modes at scale.
  • •Data mastery across quantitative and qualitative evidence—funnels, cohorts, experiments, and statistical judgment.
  • •Strong communication and technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineers and stakeholders.
