Job Summary

Assemble and/or install electrical and mechanical components for routine sub-assembly tasks under close supervision. Prepare for assembly, follow sequences and operation details from blueprints, wire lists, diagrams, and established shop practices, and use small hand tools. Partner with Manufacturing to meet daily and monthly production targets, collaborate with Quality to follow procedures and traceability requirements, and support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing practices while adhering to EH&S standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform routine tasks in preparation for assembly.
•Assemble and/or install electrical and mechanical components according to blueprints, wire lists, diagrams, or established shop practices.
•Use small hand tools such as soldering irons, wire strippers, crimpers, wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, and hammers.
•Coordinate with the Manufacturing team to ensure on-time delivery by meeting daily and monthly production targets.
•Ensure compliance to SOP process specifications and parameters and maintain accurate traceability records; support CI/lean practices and EH&S standards.

Key Requirements

•Senior high school fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
•1–3 years related experience and/or training is an advantage.
•Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
•Equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
•Preferably experience with manufacturing tools/techniques such as CI, Kaizen, and 5S.
