  • •Own and lead daily retail operations including opening/closing routines, cash handling, POS management, pricing/markdown execution, stockroom organization and replenishment, and store cleanliness standards.
  • •Recruit, staff, and support retention-focused team coverage, including anticipating seasonal needs.
  • •Lead the team to achieve performance metrics across sales, customer service, and product engagement.
