Key Responsibilities

•Act as the primary point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters.
•Provide comprehensive HR support and administration, including offboarding and payroll-related operations.
•Manage the end-to-end hiring process efficiently through both PEO vendor and direct employment within the Saudi entity, ensuring compliance with local requirements.
•Follow established hiring, onboarding, and administrative processes with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring all steps are completed in a timely manner and deadlines are consistently met.
•Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and candidates to ensure seamless hiring experience and smooth transition into the organization.

Key Requirements

•HR operations experience in international environments
•End-to-end HR process ownership (onboarding, offboarding, payroll)
•Experience managing hiring through PEO vendors and direct employment in Saudi Arabia
•Strong attention to detail and process adherence, with timely delivery
•Data entry and auditing in HRIS systems (Oracle preferred)
