Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct investment due diligence on private asset managers and direct deals focused on private credit.
  • •Assess managers’ track records, strategy alignment, and legal/operational frameworks; prepare due diligence reports for internal stakeholders.
  • •Monitor performance of underlying fund managers and direct real estate investments, analyzing reports and KPIs and flagging deviations.
  • •Coordinate execution across fund managers, legal counsel, and internal teams; support preparation of key fund documents (e.g., PPMs, subscription agreements, side letters, SPAs).
  • •Support governance and risk oversight, including quarterly portfolio reviews, adherence to investment policies/limits, and liaising with risk teams on stress scenarios and early warning indicators.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •CFA/CA/MBA/CPA.
  • •5-10 years of experience in private markets (direct or indirect deals/fund-of-funds/co-investments/secondaries/transaction advisory/consulting).

  • •Strong exposure to due diligence, portfolio monitoring, and fund structuring with strong analytical and presentation skills.
