Job Summary

Support Tapestry’s Global Total Rewards team by designing and administering compensation, benefits, and mobility programs for brands across Asia. Partner on compensation and insurance renewals, run pay analysis and surveys, and develop proposals for complex cases. Coordinate the Asia mobility program with HR partners, tax consultants, and vendors, and help manage annual compensation reviews, equity administration, and rewards policy updates.

Key Responsibilities

•Participate in annual compensation and benefits surveys, monitor market trends, and conduct pay analysis to ensure competitiveness.
•Develop proposals and pay recommendations for complex cases, including mobility options and analysis.
•Manage the Asia mobility program, including offer proposals, coordination with HR business partners, tax compliance support, vendor management, and employee inquiries.
•Participate in annual insurance and flexible benefits renewal processes for Asia markets.
•Manage compensation and benefits vendors and support annual compensation review, equity administration, and rewards policy updates.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 2-3 years in rewards, finance, or HR.
•Ability to communicate effectively with English-speaking stakeholders.
•Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
•Expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Power BI is an added advantage.
•Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to apply critical thinking to compensation and benefits decisions.
