Key Responsibilities

•Define and prioritize the product roadmap for pay, card and crypto-related products; collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and business development to gather requirements and deliver features.
•Develop and execute growth strategies, hypotheses, and product-led experiments to drive user acquisition, conversion, retention, and activation.
•Drive product development from ideation to launch; work with engineering and design to ensure timely, high-quality delivery and address technical challenges.
•Analyze user behavior and performance data to refine growth strategies and optimize the overall user journey.
•Lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders, communicating progress, updates, and impact at all levels.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in payments networks, stablecoin payments or related crypto firms with a track record of driving product growth.
•User-centric mindset with experience in user research methodologies, usability testing, and delivering exceptional user experiences.
•Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, conduct A/B testing, and make data-driven product decisions.
•Digital tokens or crypto knowledge covering payments networks, stablecoins, CEFi/DeFi concepts.
•Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership to influence engineering, design, marketing and business development.
