Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the strategy for finance systems including Adaptive Insights, NetSuite, Navan, Coupa/Ironclad/Omnea, Workiva, Avalara, FloQast, DMS, and Carta.
  • •Translate finance workflows (close, FP&A, audit, reporting) into AI-enabled processes by mapping data flows and identifying automation opportunities.
  • •Design and deploy AI-powered finance solutions to improve accuracy, cycle time, and decision quality (including forecasting support, reconciliation agents, and reporting).
  • •Partner with Internal Tools to configure and optimize finance systems and support implementation of successor systems via systems roadmap.
  • •Serve as an interface between Finance and Data Engineering to ensure financial data integrity, governance, and enable scalable reporting and self-service analytics for leaders.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience working at the intersection of finance and technology, with hands-on ownership of financial planning, ERP, or related platforms.
  • •Experience applying AI automation within finance/accounting workflows (close, FP&A, reporting, controls).
  • •Expertise in financial data architecture and how they translate into AI-ready datasets, including ETL, data governance, and reliable data pipelines between source systems and planning tools.
  • •Practical understanding of governance frameworks (human-in-the-loop, auditability, SOX compliance).
  • •Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations, bridging finance stakeholders and technical teams.
