Lead AECOM’s Buffalo municipal water/wastewater practice as a visible office and client account leader for priority utilities across Western New York. Own strategic account planning and pursuits from pre-positioning through negotiation, translating market drivers into client strategies. Guide people and practice performance, manage resources and delivery standards, and partner with technical leaders to deliver planning, design, and program services for water and wastewater treatment and conveyance. Maintain CRM rigor and portfolio hygiene while building pipeline and hit rates.
