Key Responsibilities

•Monitor assigned client portfolios to identify early signs of under-utilisation, declining engagement, weak account health, churn risk or downgrade risk.
•Work closely with Account Managers to understand client goals, pain points, satisfaction levels and renewal risks.
•Support the creation and execution of account-level action plans for at-risk clients.
•Help ensure clients are prepared for renewal conversations through improved usage, clearer value realization and timely issue resolution.
•Maintain visibility on client risks, blockers, open actions and follow-ups.

•A minimum of Bachelor’s degree.
