Key Responsibilities

  • •Assemble and mount sub-assemblies, components, and fixed assemblies in electrical control equipment.
  • •Assemble panelboards and/or switchboards to customer specification using electrical drawings and manufacturing schematics.
  • •Perform assembly for test preparation and conduct final inspection using power checking procedures.
  • •Inspect and test finished products to maintain quality standards and ensure specification/code conformance.
  • •Maintain Lean/5S practices, maintain tools and work area, and receive/prepare materials for shipment.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum one year of experience in an assembly related role using hand and/or power tools, or completion of a one-year Technical School diploma.
  • •Must be able to follow manufacturing drawings and instructions.
  • •Experience with wiring diagrams, schematics, and power flow to install correct wires.
  • •Experience with measuring tools, torque tolerance, and hardware assembly.
  • •Must be able to work overtime as required and lift 35 lbs. regularly.
