Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive, inspect, and process incoming deliveries within the MRP system, ensuring accuracy and purchase order compliance.
  • •Conduct incoming goods inspections and maintain accurate receiving data, including goods receipts, shelf-life controlled items, and quarantined materials.
  • •Pick, prepare, and issue Bill of Materials (BOM) kits within agreed service level timeframes.
  • •Process authorised inventory transactions (stock transfers, quarantines, returns, and outward loan movements) while maintaining lot and serial traceability.
  • •Execute despatch operations and package materials in compliance with ITAR, Dangerous Goods, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant certificate in Transport and Logistics with a current forklift licence.
  • •Strong ability to work effectively with colleagues across different teams and work independently with self-management.
  • •Intermediate MS Office capability (Word, Excel, Tableau, PowerPoint).
  • •Collaborative mindset with commitment to contributing to team goals.
  • •Demonstrated warehousing and freight receipt/dispatching experience and knowledge of warehouse management systems (Maximo & Oracle).
