Collection & Dispute Analyst

Manage financial activities for select customer AR accounts, including aged trial balance transactions and ensuring full collection of receivables. Resolve disputes through contract review, obtaining payment and backup information, and coordinating with Logistics on claims and POD discrepancies. Maintain overdue metrics, properly code line items in NERP, reconcile credit balances, and handle special projects while providing weekly updates using Excel reporting.
