Key Responsibilities

•Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets across assigned e-commerce platforms.
•Monitor daily sales performance, conversion rates, and selling prices; analyze trends and take corrective actions.
•Manage relationships with e-commerce platform teams and key account managers, ensuring smooth operations and resolving issues related to orders, listings, pricing, and customer experience.
•Ensure accurate product listings (pricing, product info, images, descriptions) and maintain high-quality content; coordinate with marketing on promotional assets.

Key Requirements

•Experience managing major UAE e-commerce channels and marketplaces (preferred).
•Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
•Experience working with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Operations.
