Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare, post, verify, and record customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable.
  • •Maintain and update customer files, including name/address and mailing attention changes.
  • •Research customer discrepancies and past-due amounts with support from the Collections Manager and other staff.
  • •Copy, file, and retrieve accounts receivable materials as needed.
  • •Relays changes of information to appropriate employees and communicate customer experience feedback across teams.
