•Own top-of-funnel outcomes including response rate, resume evaluation pass rate, and pipeline volume, diagnosing issues as needed.
•Develop sourcing strategy for niche technical roles (backend engineering, infrastructure, product management, solution architecture).
•Partner directly with hiring managers in calibration, pushing back on unrealistic profiles and bringing market reality.
•Create and maintain reusable sourcing assets such as market maps, search string libraries, trackers, and SOPs.
•Run and iterate on your own outreach methods, changing approaches when they stop working.

Key Requirements

•2+ years in a dedicated sourcing role with proactive sourcing as a primary responsibility.

•Experience using AI-assisted sourcing platforms or similar recruiting technology, with judgment on automation vs. manual sourcing and evaluation.
