Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide in-person client service as a problem solver and troubleshooter for complex client servicing needs.
  • •Lead efficient, accurate teller functions while coaching other tellers to meet performance and client experience standards.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities and transition clients to a banker for deeper financial conversations.
  • •Manage day-to-day teller line duties, including teller scheduling, operational standards oversight, and compliance with regulatory, security, and audit controls.
  • •Support product/policy knowledge, participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs, and help onboard/train new tellers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.75 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
  • •Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated superior client relationship skills.
  • •Minimum of 3 years' experience in cash handling.
  • •Working knowledge of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, foster teamwork, and organize multiple tasks.
