•Design and deliver a best-in-class onboarding experience that gets new hires productive, connected, and engaged from day one
•Build and manage performance review cycles, feedback frameworks, and career development programs
•Serve as the primary resource for employee relations — coaching managers, mediating conflict, and handling sensitive matters with discretion and fairness
•Administer and continuously improve compensation, benefits, and equity programs; lead benchmarking as the company scales
•Develop and maintain HR policies, the employee handbook, and compliance documentation across all jurisdictions we operate in

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years in an HR Generalist or HRBP role — no recruiting scope required or expected
•Experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS or tech startup; early or solo HR hire experience strongly preferred
•Deep knowledge of employment law and HR compliance across multiple states (NY required)
•Proven ability to build HR programs and policies from scratch — not just inherit and maintain them
•Excellent judgment in sensitive employee relations situations — trusted, discreet, and consistent
