Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow HAM including workflows, Flow Designer, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, script includes, and custom applications.
  • •Implement and maintain HAM asset lifecycle processes (procurement, inventory, refresh, disposal) and improve Service Portal self-service asset request capabilities.
  • •Ensure CMDB data integrity for hardware assets, including CI relationships and attributes.
  • •Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow HAM and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and data sources.
  • •Provide support, troubleshooting, health checks, performance tuning, and apply platform upgrades/patches; document designs and follow best practices.

  • •5+ years of ServiceNow platform development using JavaScript and ServiceNow features such as UI Actions, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, Workflows, and Flow Designer.
  • •3+ years of experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow HAM.
