Job Summary

Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) capabilities, including workflows, Flow Designer components, and custom apps. Ensure accurate hardware asset lifecycle management and CMDB data integrity, and build Service Portal components for self-service requests. Create and support integrations between ServiceNow and external inventory/discovery systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and data sources, while performing troubleshooting, performance tuning, upgrades, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow HAM including workflows, Flow Designer, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, script includes, and custom applications.
•Implement and maintain HAM asset lifecycle processes (procurement, inventory, refresh, disposal) and improve Service Portal self-service asset request capabilities.
•Ensure CMDB data integrity for hardware assets, including CI relationships and attributes.
•Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow HAM and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and data sources.
•Provide support, troubleshooting, health checks, performance tuning, and apply platform upgrades/patches; document designs and follow best practices.

•12+ years of experience; Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field may substitute for 5 years of experience.
•5+ years of ServiceNow platform development using JavaScript and ServiceNow features such as UI Actions, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, Workflows, and Flow Designer.
•3+ years of experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow HAM.
•2+ years integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and MID Servers.
•Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
