  • •Implement AI/ML automation with Databricks Mosaic AI and agentic frameworks for data transformation, quality assurance, and anomaly detection.
  • •Build and scale high-performing engineering teams by leading, managing, and mentoring multiple product-focused software and data engineering teams.
  • •Modernize legacy infrastructure by migrating legacy assets and large data volumes to AWS and breaking monolithic applications into microservices.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • •Minimum 9 years of experience in software engineering and data platform development for enterprise-scale solutions.
  • •Minimum 7 years of people management experience leading technical teams in fast-paced environments.
  • •Advanced expertise in cloud data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake or similar) with hands-on lakehouse architecture and ETL/ELT processes.
