Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct audits and surveillance of manufacturing and quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with specifications, processes, and procedures.
  • •Perform quality functions including customer and FAA coordination, configuration change verification, conformity inspections, and pre-flight/post-flight airworthiness inspections.
  • •Initiate and document nonconforming materials, hardware, software, tools, parts, or assemblies according to established specifications and procedures.
  • •Maintain company and FAA-required records, inspection forms, and ensure accurate, compliant documentation.
  • •Interpret airworthiness directives and approved data; use technical specifications, sketches, manuals, and FAA publications to complete inspection assignments.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience with aircraft maintenance inspection on powered aircraft with military, airline, or certificated repair station background in electrical systems or complex mechanical systems.
  • •Must be willing to work any shift, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
  • •Ability to complete Fall Protection Training.
  • •FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certificate (preferred).
  • •10+ years of related aircraft maintenance inspection experience (preferred).
