Job Summary

Lead the Revenue Operations team to provide forecast, financial, and performance visibility across the customer lifecycle from lead awareness through activation. Partner with commercial and business leaders to shape revenue strategy, improve customer growth and sales efficiency, and drive discussions on pricing levers, discounting, and incentives. Own GTM planning inputs, forecast accuracy, revenue handoffs, and executive reporting on revenue drivers, adoption, expansion, and churn risk.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and instrument the GTM bowtie model across the customer lifecycle from lead awareness to activation.
•Partner with Sales and post-sales operations to drive the GTM planning cycle, including capacity models, territory design, quota setting, and coverage strategy across US and international markets.
•Measure forecast accuracy and pipeline predictability for executives in partnership with Sales Ops.
•Partner with Marketing, Finance, and post-sales operations to ensure seamless revenue handoffs.
•Deliver actionable insights on AE productivity, conversion rates, and deal velocity, and build executive reporting on revenue drivers, adoption, expansion, and churn risk.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 168,000 - 210,000 annually
