Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in mortgage operations, loan closing, post-closing, or a closely related residential mortgage support function.
  • •Experience reviewing mortgage loan documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with investor, agency, or regulatory requirements.
  • •Experience working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment managing a pipeline of loans or cases.
  • •Familiarity with the Encompass loan origination system; working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
