Review closed mortgage loan files for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with investor, agency, and regulatory requirements. Research and resolve post-closing deficiencies and conditions by coordinating with internal teams and external settlement partners. Validate key closing documents against system data, prepare post-closed loan packages for investor delivery, and monitor delivery pipelines while performing quality/data integrity checks. Improve post-closing workflows by identifying recurring issues and recommending enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

•Review closed mortgage loan files to confirm required documentation, signatures, and data are complete, accurate, and compliant.
•Identify, research, and resolve post-closing deficiencies and conditions by coordinating with internal teams, partners, and external counterparties.
•Validate closing disclosures, notes, security instruments, and supporting documents for consistency with system data and pricing, escalating discrepancies as needed.
•Prepare and package post-closed loan files for delivery to investors and secondary market partners using checklists and transmission standards.
•Monitor post-closing pipelines, prioritize work to meet delivery timelines, perform quality/data integrity checks, and document resolutions for audit/investor review.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 22.8 - 34.2 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent.
•2+ years of experience in mortgage operations, loan closing, post-closing, or a closely related residential mortgage support function.
•Experience reviewing mortgage loan documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with investor, agency, or regulatory requirements.
•Experience working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment managing a pipeline of loans or cases.
•Familiarity with the Encompass loan origination system; working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
