Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, mentor, and provide strategic direction to a team of Content Risk Evaluation Specialists for risk identification and mitigation.
  • •Interpret regulations and platform policies into actionable guidelines and maintain consistent judgments using a case database.
  • •Monitor and characterize content risks across UGC/PGC to proactively identify explicit, implicit, and borderline risk patterns.
  • •Orchestrate rapid response to emergent content safety events by defining issues, prioritizing actions, and driving cross-functional resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher (Law, Journalism, or related fields preferred) with strong ownership and ability to operate amid uncertainty.
  • •At least 2 years of team management experience, including coaching and directional guidance in a fast-paced risk environment.
  • •Strong background in content safety, policy development, or risk management with the ability to make authoritative judgments in complex, ambiguous scenarios.
  • •Strong abstraction skills to translate case insights into systematic frameworks and deliver high-quality data products that support the AI data foundation.
  • •Strong written and spoken English communication; Mandarin proficiency required for daily liaison with the China team.
