Job Summary

Own day-to-day operations for the Valencia studio and deliver an excellent workplace experience for teams creating world-class games. Partner with the Creative Operations Director to align with global T2/2K policies, manage the annual studio budget and expense control, optimize workflows and metrics for continuous improvement, and oversee facilities and workplace upgrades. Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team spanning administration, workplace experience, facilities/H&S, maintenance, cleaning, and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure studio operations follow global T2/2K policies and mandatory regional Spanish regulations, and serve as the local point for 2K and Take-Two projects.
•Lead planning, management, and control of the annual studio budget, including expense control, monitoring, and meeting financial objectives.
•Identify blockers and inefficiencies; build and scale workflows, procedures, and metrics to drive continuous improvement.
•Oversee daily premises operations, coordinating upgrades and infrastructure changes while fostering a diverse, equitable, wellbeing-focused workplace culture.
•Lead, mentor, and set clear goals for a multidisciplinary team across Administration, Workplace Experience, Facilities/H&S, Maintenance, Cleaning, and Wellbeing.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or an MBA.
•Full professional bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
•8+ years of experience in Operations Management, ideally in a global environment and tech or creative industry.
•Strong written and interpersonal communication skills with experience building collaborative relationships across diverse profiles.
•Understanding of project management principles and ability to generate and analyze operational metrics to drive continuous improvement.
