•Develop scalable marketing strategies for exclusive experiences worldwide, including strategic partner events and Fever Originals.
•Lead multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across Meta (primary), Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms to ensure strong ROI.
•Oversee and optimize large-scale marketing budgets and take full ownership of the P&L for your region, supported by forecasting and revenue growth planning.
•Coordinate cross-functionally with Creative, Design, Media, CRM, Content, and Product teams, and lead alignment meetings with internal teams and strategic partners.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in digital and growth marketing, with deep expertise in Meta and strong performance across Google and TikTok paid channels.

•Highly analytical mindset with strong command of performance metrics, forecasting, and P&L-driven decision-making.
•Excellent executive communication skills, including leading meetings with partners and internal teams.
•Native/bilingual English; additional languages are a plus, with a strong academic background in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
