Job Summary

Partner with business unit leadership to align HR practices with business strategy, supporting Live Casino Operations across multiple sites. Drive people planning focused on retention and engagement while improving morale, productivity, and satisfaction. Lead performance management and employee relations, coach managers on people management and leadership behaviors, and support recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, and performance processes. Define and execute the learning and development approach by identifying training needs.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with BU leadership to understand business strategy and implement high-quality HR practices.
•Serve as HR business partner to Live Casino Operations management to drive success across multiple sites.
•Develop retention and employee engagement initiatives as part of the overall people plan to improve morale, productivity, and satisfaction.
•Lead performance management and employee relations, including advising managers, appraisals, feedback, and overseeing disciplinary and grievance processes.
•Coach and develop managers, support recruitment/onboarding/workforce planning/performance management/engagement/employee relations, and define the L&D approach based on training needs.

Key Requirements

•Strong, demonstrable HR partnering experience with solid commercial understanding.
•Ability to build relationships and influence across multiple organizational levels in a complex environment.
•Experience working with leadership teams to implement people strategy aligned to business goals and KPIs.
•Culturally sensitive collaboration with global, regional, and local partners.
•Strong analytical mindset using data to drive decisions, with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
