Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, implement, and manage employer-sponsored benefits programs.
  • •Develop and execute client strategic plans and deliverables, including exploring alternatives and quantifying financial implications and risks.
  • •Negotiate terms, conditions, coverage limits, and pricing with carriers and vendors.
  • •Maintain ongoing client relationships and serve as subject matter expert on Health & Welfare benefits and related products/services.
  • •Manage project plans to ensure timely client deliverables, including open enrollment support, presentations, and supervising/guiding junior team members as needed, with client data entered into Salesforce.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of health and welfare consulting experience.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Risk Management, Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • •Life, Accident and Health Insurance License required.
  • •Comprehensive knowledge of carrier products and services, benefits administration, regulatory compliance, and HealthCare Reform.
  • •Ability to effectively manage projects, times, and organize work while providing outstanding client service.
