Key Responsibilities

  • •Transport ready mix concrete to construction projects, facilities, and customers, following dispatch instructions and applicable laws.
  • •Complete daily pre/post trip inspections with proper documentation in compliance with DOT guidelines.
  • •Load and unload materials, monitor vehicle gauges, and maintain daily vehicle mileage logs.
  • •Maintain a safe working environment by following all company policies and procedures; ensure product quality to the best of ability.
  • •Perform minor servicing and maintenance, keep the vehicle clean and orderly, and follow supervisor instructions for other duties.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
  • •Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a CDL A or CDL B license with air brake endorsement; possible hazmat and tanker endorsements.

  • •Must pass DOT physical, drug screen, and criminal background check; possess a valid DOT medical card.
  • •Ability to read/write and perform basic math for records, follow verbal and written instructions, and work safely per OSHA/MSHA requirements.
