Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate equipment for cleanup of outside areas and perform ongoing carpenter duties for projects and building/construction work.
  • •Perform carpenter tasks that include plumber skills and general handyman duties.
  • •Report equipment deficiencies or malfunctions requiring maintenance or repair on a larger scale.
  • •Handle related manual duties as directed, including moving equipment and furniture and hanging pictures and decorations.
  • •Occasionally use a front-end loader and operate other required tools and equipment.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED, plus two years of related work experience in a similar position.
  • •Must have written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Ability to read and speak English and understand written and verbal instructions in English.
  • •Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions and communicate using hand signals and radio.
  • •Valid driver’s license.
